» How do I book a trip ?
Once you choose a specific itinerary and make a request via email we will send you a quote according to your requirements. Once you agree with this quote, a proforma invoice will be sent including payment instructions.
 
» To whom do I pay ?
All payments are made directly to the touroperator. CasalPLANET are just middlemen, so we do not handle cashflow. You will always find the official data of the recognized touroperators on the invoice.
 
» Why not contact directly the travel agency ? It will be cheaper, no ?
Your price will be the same whether you book through CasalPLANET or directly to the travel agencies CasalPLANET works with. Difference is that CasalPLANET, due to extensive experience, can provide you with more information than any touroperator.
 
» Who does CasalPLANET work with ?
CasalPLANET only works with officially recognized touroperators by organisations such as KATA, IATA, KATO, the Government of Buenos Aires, the Tourism Board of Argentina and others. Therefore you will always find the symbols of these organizations on your invoices.
 
» Do I have to arrange my own international flight ?
Yes. Although we may assist you with quotations, the international flight is NOT included.

» Do I require a visa for Argentina ?
NO. VISA is required to enter Argentina when you are on trips shorter than 90 days, for American countries, belonging to the European Community and South Africa. You can check all the countries on this site.
